About Me
Hi! My name's Jennifer. I'm a self-healer, first. In 2015, my world abruptly turned upside down as I started recovering childhood sexual abuse memories. As a means of coping and making sense of it, I've studied and practiced tons of different emotional and spiritual healing modalities: Buddhism, trauma theory, somatic healing practices, self-help, Tantra, yoga, therapy, Enneagram, astrology, tarot, tapping, and human design... just off the top of my head!
Now, I want to share what I've learned with you. I believe that everyone is capable of deep self-healing -- we just need to follow our intuitions to the right tools.
I combine emotional and spiritual healing work with a systematic view of social inequality and oppression. I've spent years as a social justice instructor and researcher, but the most important asset I bring to this is my own experience navigating and healing from trauma. I'll meet you where you are and offer gentle support, suggestions, and insights.

Healing Deep-Dives - $50 for 60 mins
You'll tell me all about what's going on. We'll brainstorm together what's at the root, what core stories or emotions are being activated, and how you can best navigate this challenge. I'll offer some customized next steps, pulled from the dozens of spiritual traditions and healing tools that I'm knowledgeable in.
Healing Journeys - $70 for three 30-minute sessions
